Khadija Baig

Registered Social Worker

MSW, RSW

Khadhija is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, specializing in health and mental health. Over the past years of her practice, she has worked with and assessed individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, cross-cultural challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma.

“I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s completely okay to wonder if it will make a difference. Life can bring many shifts and challenges, and having a steady space to pause and reconnect can make all the difference. It’s also okay not to know where to begin — we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. At times, the weight of life can dim your light, but that light is still there. Together, we’ll work gently toward helping it shine again.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at. I take a holistic, somatic, and strengths-based approach that’s tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.  I aim to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, inclusive, and grounded in genuine connection. As we move through the different seasons of life, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. Meeting challenges, past or present, with care and curiosity.”

Her work is particularly focused on anxiety and trauma, women’s mental health, and providing culturally informed care to South Asian and Muslim communities.
