With my 10 years of valuable targeted experience working with complex trauma I have understood that only you stand in the way of your healing. As you begin to heal from trauma, you begin to talk to yourself with more love and less judgment. Your words will begin to change, rather than not being able to talk about your trauma, you will be able to see how you have a lot of back story.
