Fatima is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a University of Toronto graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Over the past several years she has supported individuals by creating a safe, collaborative space where their unique experiences and strengths guide the therapeutic process. Using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, she helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief, and emotional regulation. Her work is grounded in meeting each person where they are, with a focus on empowerment, resilience, and connection.
