I understand that beginning the therapeutic process can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying your struggles on your own for a long time and navigating these challenges silently. It can be difficult to know where to begin or how to put your thoughts into words; however, rest assured that you will not be alone while doing this deep inner work. My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, ranging from psychodynamic and narrative therapy to Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to ensure that I can provide you with support as you embark on your journey of healing and growth by processing your past and developing your desired future. In fact, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Together, we can begin to gently make sense of your experiences and explore patterns that may be holding you back. My hope is that through our work, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
